Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We ship to addresses in South Africa only. All orders are dispatched via Pargo to a Pargo pickup point near you.
- Destination: South Africa only
- Carrier: Pargo (pickup-point delivery)
- Rate: From R80 flat rate for 1-2 candle orders. Larger or heavier orders are quoted individually on WhatsApp before checkout.
- Handling time: 3 business days from payment confirmation
- Transit time: 2-5 business days after dispatch (Pargo estimate)
You will receive a Pargo tracking number by email once your order ships. Pargo operates a network of pickup points at participating retailers across South Africa.
Returns
Every candle is inspected before dispatch. Returns are accepted only in limited circumstances, as set out below.
- Accepted only for: Manufacturing defects present at the time of dispatch (for example, a cracked vessel or misformed wick identified before shipping).
- Not accepted for: Damage caused in transit by the courier, damage caused by the customer after delivery, change of mind, scent preference, or any reason other than a pre-dispatch manufacturing defect.
- Window: Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo evidence, and before the candle is used.
- Return shipping: At the customer's cost.
- Resolution: Exchange only, at our discretion. Cash refunds are not offered.
- Applicable country: South Africa only.
To report a manufacturing defect, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the unused item and your order reference. Claims submitted after 48 hours, for used candles, or for damage attributable to the courier or customer, will not be accepted.
