Shipping

We ship to addresses in South Africa only. All orders are dispatched via Pargo to a Pargo pickup point near you.

You will receive a Pargo tracking number by email once your order ships. Pargo operates a network of pickup points at participating retailers across South Africa.


Returns

Every candle is inspected before dispatch. Returns are accepted only in limited circumstances, as set out below.

To report a manufacturing defect, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the unused item and your order reference. Claims submitted after 48 hours, for used candles, or for damage attributable to the courier or customer, will not be accepted.
